A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - DATA ENTRY CLERK

As a Dispatcher - Data Entry Clerk, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service. You answer calls from potential clients and gather their information. Then, as needed, you book appointments and dispatch services. You are also responsible for some office duties such as data entry. You enter various information and data into programs such as QuickBooks and Excel. Your great attention to detail is helpful when doing this. You keep the office clean, help others, and do whatever else needs to be done. Your efforts keep our customers happy! You enjoy hearing relief and appreciation in their voices as you speak to them!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHER - DATA ENTRY CLERK

  • Basic computer skills
