Job Details & Requirements

Work Dates Needed: ASAP thru 11/30/2025

Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic

Scope of Work: As a locum physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted IN license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
