Job description

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Travel

Unit Specifics:

·        Number of Beds : 48 (average census 27)

·        Type of equipment : Hoyer lift, Automated BP machines, bladder scanner, remote  telemetry monitoring, vein finder,

·        Documentation system: Altera/Allscripts Sunrise

·        Scheduling requirements: EOW, 12 hour shifts preferred.

·        Floating policy: Floats to like MST units (D1, F2). Float pool then Travelers generally float first.

·        Patient Experience requirements: Participation in daily MDRs on day shift Mon-Fri @ 1030-11/1115. Work with team for promotion of patient care excellence

Must have: Med/Surg skillset- head to toe assessment; orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol diltiazem and insulin IV or subQ; wound care including drain management and vacs; NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition; central line management- PICC/HD catheter/midlines; foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheter care; ostomy care; postoperative patient care.
