Role Overview:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Allora Day Spa®, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client consultations to assess health history, areas of tension, and treatment goals
• Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.) tailored to client needs
• Adjust pressure, techniques, and treatment plans based on client feedback
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage environment
• Adhere to all licensing regulations, safety standards, and professional ethics
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid Florida massage therapy license (completion of accredited program + licensing exam required)
• Strong physical stamina and endurance to perform multiple sessions per day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
