What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
  • Develop sales forecasts and conduct demand forecast analysis for assigned group of departments.
  • Deliver insights regarding seasonality trends to optimize sales opportunities, including alignment with buyers and planners on the tracking and execution of inventory plans.
  • Determine optimal inventory position for each SKU, maximizing inventory.
  • Analyze data to make recommendations on increasing/decreasing inventory targets.
  • Establish safety stock targets.
  • Collaborate for support of recommendations.
  • Proactively adjust forecast and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory investment Establish, maintain, report, and analyze trends for KPIs for forecast accuracy, demand variability, inventory, and backorder.
  • Optimize inventory flow of merchandise from DC to stores Monitors purchase order shipping window for timely shipment of goods, acting as the primary contact with existing vendors.
  • Work on department sponsored projects and/or process improvements.
  • Support vendor collaboration (forecast data).
  • Execute purchase orders to suppliers based inventory needs.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory management, or related analytical role
  • Experience working with forecasting, inventory optimization, or replenishment systems preferred
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing sales, inventory, and demand data to drive business decisions
  • Exposure to purchase order management, allocations, or store-level inventory execution is a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
