Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help strengthen and grow our online presence in support of physician recruitment and brand awareness. In this role, you will bring the PAGNY brand to life through engaging digital content, impactful social media strategies, and data-driven marketing initiatives. Working closely with healthcare providers and internal teams, you will create compelling content that highlights our physicians, mission, and commitment to serving New York City communities.

Opportunity Details:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand awareness and physician recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create engaging medical and educational content.
  • Capture and edit short-form videos for social media platforms; manage daily activity across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create social media campaigns, including targeted post boosting and paid promotions.
  • Highlight physician stories and testimonials to support employer branding.
  • Engage with community organizations and partners associated with PAGNY healthcare providers through social media.
  • Ensure all content adheres to company privacy policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a professional and accurate representation of the organization online and help build an online community centered on health, wellness, and patient care.
  • Write clear, engaging captions that translate healthcare topics into relatable language.
  • Design social media graphics, carousels, and promotional flyers.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media or digital marketing for a brand or organization.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling platforms. Maintain a professional and accurate representation of the organization online.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment marketing, or medical communications is a strong plus.
  • Moderate video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with healthcare providers and clinical staff to capture content.
