About the Role

Elite Travel Group is seeking motivated, service-driven travel professionals to join our team as All-Inclusive Vacation Travel Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients plan stress-free, memorable vacation experiences at beautiful resorts and destinations around the world.

As an All-Inclusive Vacation Travel Specialist, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking all-inclusive vacations that fit their travel style, budget, and personal preferences. You will help create seamless travel experiences for couples, families, groups, honeymooners, destination wedding guests, and travelers looking for relaxation, adventure, luxury, or celebration.

Key Responsibilities

Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts and vacation packages based on client needs, preferences, budget, and destination goals.

Plan and book resort stays, flights, transfers, excursions, travel protection, and other vacation components.

Assist clients with destinations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, and other popular all-inclusive resort locations.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.

Communicate clearly with clients regarding pricing, payment deadlines, travel documents, resort policies, and itinerary details.

Stay informed about resort brands, destination updates, vendor promotions, travel requirements, and special offers.

Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Participate in team trainings, supplier webinars, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Promote travel services through social media, networking, client outreach, and relationship building.
