Job description

Green Light Distribution is a growing Texas-based alcohol distributor dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Our success is driven by our talented team, and we are looking for a motivated and creative Merchandiser to join us in delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain visually appealing and organized product displays that attract customers and maximize sales.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products.

- Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising strategies.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.

- Other duties as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience and Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

- All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, which includes review of criminal history, motor vehicle records, and a drug screening.
