How we LEAD:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design, an obsession with detail, and a love for storytelling through visual art. At MCA, you're not just designing assets - you're helping define the visual legacy of some of the most influential artists in country music. How you'll CREATE:
  • Design album packaging, promotional materials, and digital assets with a strong command of layout, typography, and print production
  • Execute projects from concept to final deliverables with a deep understanding of prepress and packaging workflows (especially in InDesign)
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, project managers, and marketing teams to bring artist visions to life
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and direction, producing multiple variations or refinements as needed
  • Retouch photographs for cover art, packaging, etc
  • Maintain file organization, accuracy, and consistency across various deliverables
  • Juggle multiple deadlines with speed, efficiency, and grace under pressure
  • Elevate the visual output of the label with fresh thinking, strategic design choices, and brand-savvy execution

Bring your VIBE:
  • 4-7 years of professional design experience, ideally within music, entertainment, or agency environments
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Deep knowledge of packaging templates and technical print processes
  • Strong ability to retouch photos with a natural aesthetic
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent layout, type, and concepting skills across both print and digital formats
  • A no-ego, team-first mentality - you thrive in a collaborative setting and take direction like a pro
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to pivot when priorities shift
  • A sharp creative eye coupled with pixel-perfect attention to detail
  • Agency or in-house experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a major plus
  • Familiarity with country music, its aesthetic codes, and its evolving visual language is a bonus (but not required)
