What You’ll Do:

The Mainline welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding on primarily structural components along the main production line. This role ensures that all welds meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements to support the integrity and functionality of finished products

  • Perform welding on mainline assemblies such as frames, chassis, and structural components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
  • Set up and operate welding equipment
  • Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
  • Inspect competed welds for accuracy, strength, and defects
  • Maintain proper weld specifications, including bead size, penetration, and alignment
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and task times
  • Collaborate with team members, inspectors, and supervisors to resolve issues
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For:

  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. This position is Mon-Fri, 1pm - 9pm

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • capability to lift materials (up to 40-50 lbs.)
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to work in hot or physically demanding environments

· Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; prior experience in final assembly is preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Availability to work the agreed-upon shift.

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with structural or production-line welding
