  • Base pay: $16-$17/hr
  • +$8.50-$11.50/hr average in pooled tips (average over last 3 months)
  • Consistent earnings across shifts (team-based tip pool)

Job Summary

  • We are hiring Restaurant Team Members, Baristas, and Cashiers for our fast-paced airport restaurant.
  • This is a high-earning counter-service role where team members typically earn $24-$28 per hour including tips, based on the last 3 months of actual tip averages.
  • You'll take orders, prepare drinks, assist with food prep, and work as part of a strong team to serve travelers quickly and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders and operate POS (cashier)
  • Prepare coffee, drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails
  • Package food and assist with light food prep
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace
  • Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
