An airport representative works at a hotel assisting guests with anything related to their flight arrangements. As an airport representative, your duties include going to the airport to greet VIP guests upon arrival, carrying luggage, and making transportation arrangements to and from the hotel. You answer to the travel desk manager. You may also have promotional responsibilities, which usually involves in-person marketing at the airport. Qualifications for the job vary, but you should have at least a high school diploma or GED certificate. Experience in the hotel industry is also useful. Bilingual skills and driver’s license are also essential for a career as an airport representative.
