Primary Job Duties

Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft
  • Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously
  • Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
  • This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions 
  • Service aircraft as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
  • Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • This is a part-time position, starting at $18 per hour
