  • Responsible for providing implementation support for fare and availability distribution of both public and private products. Additionally, the team designs and implements solutions to prevent and minimize revenue leakage, and/or increase efficiencies in product, fare, and availability distribution.
What you'll do

Support the life cycle of our fare products to achieve key Revenue Management (RM) departmental goals by:

  • Creating fare products that drive revenue growth
  • Provide engineering, research, and design resources for new fare products
  • Evaluating best practices in fare distribution
  • Analyze and consultation regarding ATPCO and GDS processing
  • Collaborate with Agency Relations, Sales, and RAC to create and update booking and ticketing policies
  • Lead/contribute to ad-hoc, departmental and companywide projects which require pricing, fare distribution and/or reservations expertise
  • Act as a visionary partner in shaping the future of fare and product distribution by leveraging analytical expertise and forward-thinking innovation to design creative, automated solutions that improve customer experience, increase distribution efficiency, and strengthen revenue and operational performance. 
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues related to reservations prior to the customer's arrival at the airport
  • Deep dive, research, and resolve pricing and availability issues/inquiries from multiple departments (Digital, RES, RAC, Agency Relations, RM, Sales)

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Previous airline experience
  • 3 years professional experience in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Skills in analytics
  • Ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations
  • Ability to learn business processes from other departments, and anticipate how they may be impacted by RM led changes
  • Ability to make independent judgements and decisions while taking ownership of job responsibilities
  • Ability to work on detail-oriented projects
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
