Key Lime Air Customer Care Agent

We are a growing regional airline based at Denver International Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

We operate a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328 Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia. Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs to our fleet.

Location: 12150 E Briarwood Ave Ste 205. Centennial, CO

Starting Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour. Depending on experience

Schedule: 10am-8pm Including weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
  • Process reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and special service requests using Videcome and other systems.
  • Securely handle payment transactions and issue official receipts upon request.
  • Communicate delays, cancellations, and schedule changes promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve passenger concerns with empathy; escalate when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in accordance with company standards.
  • Support group booking requests and collaborate with internal teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in travel, hospitality, or business preferred.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience (airline/travel industry preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn airline reservation systems (Videcome a plus). You will be working in Teams and SharePoint frequently, and familiarity with these two programs is required for work-from-home consideration.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
