Job description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing department while developing and executing marketing strategies to promote represented product lines and services offered by Airline. This position will collaborate with internal resources and external partners to execute strategies. Direct reports include Digital Marketing, Marketing Associate(s)/Assistant(s), and Graphic Designer(s). Reports to the Director of Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marketing Department in the execution of all marketing activities from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Manage and train Marketing Department team members to ensure productivity and professional growth.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic sales plan.
  • Monitor organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, social media channels, lead generation campaigns, etc.).
  • Build relationships and coordinate marketing initiatives with key industry players, marketing and advertising agencies, product vendors, and internal stakeholders such as the sales team, PSMs, and Web Development team to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns and deliverables
  • Cultivate creative innovation and a strong, consistent visual branding identity.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning marketing initiatives with the organization’s overall growth goals, including support of key pillar industries (power generation, life sciences, defense, and data centers), expansion of free sample campaigns, and broader staff-driven initiatives
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to improve customer segmentation, lead tracking, and performance analytics, ensuring data-driven decision making
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget with the Director of Sales and Product Sales Managers to allocate funds wisely
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing dashboards and reporting tools that track campaign success and guide improvements
  • Develop and report sales dollars generated by marketing functions via campaigns, Hubspot, Shows and events, Bloggs etc.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field experience
  • Strong project and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively allocate responsibilities and multitask assignments
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to quickly and effectively solve problems accurately, on time, and with high quality
  • An advanced foundation in marketing material design, conceiving new ideas, and bring fresh creative thinking to production for all projects
  • Must be willing and able to travel to off-site video shoots and events
