Job description

Role Description This is a full-time, customer service agent /inside sales role based in San Juan. The Sales Associate will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with airline partners, freight forwarders, and logistics customers, promoting the company’s services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying reservations for the contracted airline, managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, and assisting the sales executive on leads to achieve revenue targets. The role involves coordinating closely with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate bookings, timely responses, and high customer satisfaction. The Agent will also support reporting and forecasting activities, contribute feedback on market trends, and participate in local sales visits, meetings, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer systems skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow up on all bookings.
  • Customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in professional settings.
  • Basic understanding of aviation, cargo, logistics, or related industries, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort working with digital systems and reports.
