Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 3 years business aviation required. Experience in the disciplines of Sales, Marketing, Completions or Product Support preferred.. Position Purpose:Work with the Completion Sales Executive to develop an accurate, detailed aircraft completion specification in accordance with customer requirements. Make revisions to the specification as necessary assuring that such revisions do not compromise the integrity of the aircraft completion specification.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Prepare accurate, detailed aircraft completion specification in accordance with customer requirements. Assure that all sections are complete and detailed and include all the necessary elements (i.e. work scope description, components, functionality, etc.) to allow completion engineering and shop personnel to smoothly integrate and implement the completion specification and design package into the completion process.
  2. Assist with research of specific customer requested systems/installations, previous aircraft completion and contract data, as well as regulatory and export applicability.
  3. Assist in preparing for and participate in all internal account related meetings (PDR, EDR, and PR). Prepare and distribute meeting notes and action items. Follow-up/track all meeting action items to ensure closure.
  4. Maintain updates to the baseline completion specification for all aircraft models.
  5. Prepare for and participate in major revision level changes/reviews of the Gulfstream baseline completion specifications.
  6. Develop baseline completion specifications for new completion products and new aircraft models.
  7. Prepare contractually sound option descriptions for all aircraft models.
  8. Create customized descriptions for unique interior modifications.
  9. Coordinate with completion engineering, certification and completion shops personnel to verify and maintain the integrity of the completion specification and design package.
  10. Release approved completion specifications through document control.
  11. Prepare summary reports on status of current outfitting definition projects.
Additional Functions:
  1. Assist in the verification of the design package drawings against the aircraft completion specification for completeness and accuracy and make changes as needed. .
  2. Maintain both computer files and paper files for completion aircraft. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all aircraft completion files. .
  3. Archive all customer executed original documents that relate to aircraft completion. .
  4. Maintain Outfitting section of the Product Specification for each aircraft model assigned. .
  5. Disseminate CCMT-approved Completion Change Requests to the Completion and Delivery team and ensure specification compliance with designated serial number applicability. .
  6. Liaison with Contracts, Finance, Operations & Scheduling personnel to coordinate aircraft completion facility assignments, aircraft delivery schedule changes, and aircraft project status. Identify risks and opportunities. .
  7. Distribute Sales Agreements and Amendments to appropriate Completion and Delivery team members. .
  8. Represent Completion and Delivery team on projects / in project meetings as assigned. .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Excellent computer skills, particularly word processing, use of spreadsheets, and an understanding of CAD packages is required.
  2. A broad overall knowledge of aircraft and interior systems is required.
  3. Current working knowledge of applicable regulations and familiarity with foreign certification requirements as applicable to completion systems and installations.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
