What You'll Do as an Aircraft Structures Assembler:

  • Perform complex assembly operations on aircraft structural parts, mechanical assemblies, and systems.
  • Execute intricate structural work including pull holes, match & back drilling, riveting, and system installations.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, and process specifications to complete modifications and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical components.
  • Operate specialized aircraft tools and equipment with precision.
  • Maintain required certifications and licenses.
  • Contribute to the construction of high-quality aircraft through meticulous attention to detail.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in aircraft heavy structural repair, with a focus on aerospace, fabrication, manufacturing, composites, and proficiency in Velocitym and Redars systems.
  • Extensive MRO/Repair Station experience
  • Expert in aircraft assembly removal and restoration
  • Strong technical aptitude (drawings, technical orders)
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Team player with ability to work independently
