Job description

Title: JMeter Performance Tester
Type of Hire: Contract
Location: Remote
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise across the full performance engineering lifecycle, including planning, design, development, execution, and reporting. The selected resource will undergo a structured onboarding program, which includes a two-week training and knowledge transfer period covering CLIENTS processes, tools, and standards. During this time, the individual will collaborate closely and shadow an existing Performance Engineer. The expectation is that the resource will become fully independent and self-sufficient post-onboarding with open communications. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment
