ASI is seeking two Aircraft Coordinators to support COMFRC in Pax River, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated customers (e.g., Joint Program Office, FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, Fleet Customers, OEMs, NAVSUP/DLA, CNAF) to coordinate maintenance and repair of aircraft
  • Coordinate and monitor short-term and long-term maintenance and production plans to meet Fleet readiness goals
  • Interpret and define long-range implications of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including the impact of system design modifications, strategic planning shifts, and budgetary changes
  • Analyze complex logistics data sets to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor Production to Plan (P2P) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) of scheduled workload for aircraft
  • Identify barriers to execution and coordinate mitigation strategies, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans
  • Track progress on induction and completion schedules and ensure alignment with Mission Capable Aircraft Required (MCAR) and Full Mission Capable Aircraft Required (FMCAR)
  • Work together with JPO subject matter experts to ensure IPS elements are in place to support capability and capacity establishment tasks, monitoring establishment through Capability Establishment metrics as well as directly with JPO subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with Industrial Program Coordinators (IPCs) to support Depot and I-level engagement, workload planning, and capability establishment/disestablishment

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems and experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Additional 4 years of experience of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree
  • Experience in logistics data analysis, preferably in an aircraft program office or defense environment
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as scheduling tools, business platforms, and dashboards (e.g., QLIK, Tableau, etc.) with a willingness to learn and engage
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, and NAVSUP/DLA Fleet
  • Experience with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and sustainment planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and/or data analysis tools and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft configuration management, maintenance planning, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
