The Final Assembly Team Lead (Electrical) is responsible for leading the electrical final assembly process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
Key Activities
  • Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures tailored for passenger trains.
  • Lead the assembly team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and techniques
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are free of defects
  • Develop continuous improvement strategies improving the assembly processes and increasing efficiency
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all assembly team members
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to identify and resolve production issues
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance
  • Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Experience working with SAP preferred
  • Business fluent in English
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
