Position Summary: 

Are you an experienced cleaner or small cleaning business owner looking to grow your client base in the short-term rental space?

As a Professional Cleaning Partner, you will support the upkeep of high-quality Airbnb and vacation rental properties, ensuring each home is guest-ready and maintained to our brand standards.

This is a contract-based opportunity, ideal for individuals or teams who already have cleaning experience and equipment, and are looking to expand their business with consistent, high-quality work.

In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning, gathering and replenishing linen, restocking amenities, and making kitchens and bathrooms shine for incoming guests. All tasks are clearly outlined and managed through our easy-to-use apps.

We handle scheduling, coordination, and communication with property owners, as well as offer off-site laundering in many instances so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean, stock, and prepare short-term rental (Airbnb) properties for guest arrivals

  • Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and light exterior touch-ups

  • Follow Well & Good brand standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results

  • Document completed work and property status using the company app

  • Communicate any maintenance needs, damages, or supply shortages through our company app

  • Maintain efficiency and reliability to meet turnover timelines

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience cleaning short-term rentals, vacation homes, or residential/commercial properties is required

  • Independent cleaner or small cleaning business owner preferred

  • Ability to provide your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Comfortable using apps such as Slack and Breezeway

  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak turnover days

  • Tax ID (TIN) or Social Security Number required (independent contractor setup)

  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: Per-clean rates vary based on property size, scope of work, and turnover requirements. Larger homes and more complex cleans offer higher earning potential. Payments are issued weekly every Friday. (estimated to be $20 - 25/ hour based on scope)
