Airbnb Cleaner Job Listing

Job Title: Airbnb Cleaner / Turnover Cleaner

Location: Arlington, TX 76012

Job Type: Part-time / Contract
Pay: $17.50-20/hour (merit increases and bonuses for 5 star ratings also available).

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to help prepare our Airbnb property for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming space and can complete turnovers on time between guest check-out and check-in. MUST be available to work on Sunday evenings, and Thursday/Friday AM/PM.

Schedule is flexible based on reservations. Checkin/out list provided for ensuring the highest quality for every stay.

On the job training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Clean and reset the Airbnb after each guest stay, including:

  • Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
  • Changing bed linens and making beds neatly
  • Washing, drying, and folding towels and linens as needed
  • Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and coffee
  • Taking out trash and recycling
  • Checking for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
  • Reporting low inventory or guest-related issues promptly
  • Ensuring the property is guest-ready before check-in

Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience preferred, especially Airbnb, hotel, or short-term rental cleaning, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • STRONG attention to detail and ability to maintain additional standards that host offers to guests.
  • Ability to utilize Amazon business account to reorder supplies, such as: coffee station items, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently – with communication skills to notify owner of potential issues, property damages, or items missing for purposes of claims.
  •  Need for additional 2-4hrs per month for deep cleaning rotation schedule, tightening furniture screws, testing working battery status, etc. Can be coupled with weekly cleanings.
  • Laundry to be done onsite, during cleanings, to restock rotating bed linens, towels, and cleaning cloths.
  • Must be available during turnover windows, typically between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM

You are organized, trustworthy, and understand the importance of cleanliness for guest reviews and experience. You can follow a checklist, work efficiently, and notify the host if anything needs attention.
