This position is for someone who has mechanical and Handyperson skills.

Job specifications are as follows

Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:

Necessary certifications:

This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the building's tenants.
