We're systems-driven, culture-first, and serious about doing great work with a smile.
Who You Are
You're a skilled handyman with a background in home repairs, remodeling, or construction. You take pride in your craftsmanship, love to solve problems, and know how to make customers say "wow." You're dependable, take ownership, and aren't afraid to take the lead on a project.

  • Attend required team meetings and training
  • Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism

Qualifications
