The company is looking for a self-starter who can work independently, identify opportunities for growth, and take ownership of both the company's online presence and short-term rental operations.
Position Summary
The Social Media & Airbnb Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, enhancing brand awareness, and overseeing daily operations of Airbnb and short-term rental properties. This individual will play a key role in increasing occupancy, improving guest experiences, and supporting the company's continued growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, property showcases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate content creation, photography, and video marketing efforts.
  • Assist with branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to increase visibility and market presence.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation management efforts.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Management
  • Oversee daily operations of Airbnb and short-term rental properties.
  • Manage property listings and ensure descriptions, pricing, and photos remain accurate and competitive.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, reservation requests, and guest concerns.
  • Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and communication throughout their stay.

Qualifications
Required
