Position Overview
  • Full Time Dental Office Manager
  • Monday-Friday, in-office
  • Reports to the Director of Market Operations
  • P&L and team-performance accountability

  • Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
  • Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
  • Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly
  • Partner with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
  • Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
