The Community You Will Join:
Our Product Managers imagine the ideal experience for our community and work backwards, creating innovative products that delight our guests and hosts. They deeply understand the needs of our users and translate these into a strategy that combines strong product thinking and deep research. They partner with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, operations, data science, and more, leading teams to execute a shared vision. They are incredibly detail-oriented and hands on.
The Difference You Will Make:
Lead the vision and execution of a global, campaign-based merchandising platform that powers the discovery and promotion of Airbnb's offerings and promotions-including Homes, Services, Experiences, Hotels, and new verticals-across all app and engagement channels. You will drive the orchestration of targeted, measurable campaigns, partner with creative and operations teams to launch tentpole and regional initiatives, and leverage AI to optimize campaign development and efficiency. Your work will directly deliver incremental revenue, expand new business lines, and delight guests at every step of their journey.
A Typical Day:
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and platform roadmap that supports the merchandising needs of key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
  • Build and scale a flexible, configurable platform for rapid testing and deployment of merchandising formats and offers/incentives.
  • Incorporate the latest AI technologies to automate targeting, creative asset generation, and campaign management.
  • Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.
  • Partner with creative and operations teams to manage campaign calendars, assets, and global coordination.
  • Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.

Your Expertise:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
  • Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
  • Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
  • Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
  • Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
  • Desire to do individual contributor product management work.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
