Position Overview


We are hiring an HVAC Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly and modification of our custom HVAC/R systems. This role is hands-on and works under direct supervision in our manufacturing facility.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Assist in the assembly, manufacturing, and modification of custom HVAC/R systems
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing procedures to complete assembly and test operations
  • Work from routings, instruction sheets, visual aids, and other production documents
  • Take direction from a supervisor, lead person, or scheduling tool to complete work assignments
  • Keep the work area clean and organized and package products for shipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn to read blueprints
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Basic English communication skills
