Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at IATC supports existing customers by assisting with product selection, quotation preparation, order processing, and ongoing relationship development. This role operates in a business-to-business industrial environment and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand technical customer needs related to centrifugal fans and air movement equipment.
This position works closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
