Job description

HVAC/R Mobile Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled HVAC/R Mobile Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial facility systems. This role requires strong HVAC and refrigeration experience, along with the ability to support electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

  • Complete facility inspections and identify repair needs

  • Maintain lighting, building systems, and production equipment

  • Respond to service calls and emergency repairs

  • Update work orders using a CMMS system (Corrigo experience is a plus)

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate service documentation

  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

  • Universal EPA (CFC) Certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between assigned facilities

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions
