As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your DOTMLPF-P expertise to work on projects for DoW. You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support exercises and experiments. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes as part of service missions. You'll guide the work we do for DoW and the solutions we deliver for military missions and national defense strategy.

You Have:
  • Experience operating within a Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC) to direct aircraft and air-defense assets, integrate intelligence for targeting, prosecute deep air support missions, and identify and classify aircraft
  • Experience with emerging aviation capabilities such as aviation C2, MAGTF aviation integration, Link-16, MUM-T, and kill webs
  • Experience evaluating Marine aviation command and control personnel in the employment of the Marine Air Command and Control System (MACCS) for aviation operations in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force
  • Experience analyzing and implementing fire control procedures to provide accurate deployment of missiles and fire support systems
  • Experience with Operational aviation
  • Experience with MAWTS-1, ACEs, MALS, MAGs, or fleet aviation units
  • Knowledge of current Marine Corps aviation concepts, TTPs, modernization efforts and kill web architecture
  • Ability to apply fixed-wing sensor management, radar integration, and weapons-employment principles to generate accurate 3D battlespace awareness and support coordinated air-and-surface track operations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • 12+ years of experience planning, organizing, and directing tactical air operations, managed radar networks, and integrated surface and airborne fires within the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) or joint force
  • 5+ years of experience in working with senior executive-level officials
  • 2+ years of experience in a joint or Service Headquarters organization
  • Possession of excellent research, analytic, and writing skills
  • Graduate of the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course, the U.S. Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor Program (TOPGUN), or USAF Weapons School

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
