Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Generate customer reports, analyze data and review shift performance/productivity
  • Develop metrics for tracking individual driver performance,
  • Assist drivers that consistently fall below established metrics to develop the employee
  • Establish clear policies and procedure (standard operating procedures) for the fleet of drivers, and dispatchers
  • Manage and develop dispatch personnel, and cross train yard personnel
  • Develop weekly schedule for full-time, part-time and temporary labor drivers based on forecasted volumes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key people within the account
  • Assist regional safety manager and regional recruiter for staffing needs
  • Great customer service and communication with Aim Integrated team as well as onsite customer
