Your Role – BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a BCBA at Aim Star Learning, you'll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate their unique paths to success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing & Implementing Programs: Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with CBTs, parents, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitoring Progress: Conduct regular assessments, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize client outcomes.
  • Training & Mentoring: Provide ongoing training and support to CBTs and other staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Family Involvement: Engage with families to educate and empower them, ensuring they are active participants in their child's progress.
