• LPN new Grads start at $30 - $36 an hour (includes weekend program depending on status)

• We invest in new grads to grow professionally and advance in their career under Sterling

Our shift differentials are $3.00 an hour for both 2nd and 3rd shifts, depending on status

Summary

Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a long-term and short-term facility located in a lush and tranquil setting in Media, PA. Here at Sterling, we provide exemplary on-site services, including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike long-term care environment, managed under the expert direction of the director of nursing and medical team.

Positions Available:

• Full-time- 3p-11 and 11p-7a

• Part-time- (Only 1 7a-3p) and multiple 3p-11p & 11p-7a

Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

  • Takes an active role in direct resident assessment, development of service plan, introductory and care.

  • Administers medication and/or treatment to residents

  • Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.

  • Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.

  • Puts resident service first: Ensures that residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.

  • The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member

Qualifications:

  • LPN issued in the state of Pennsylvania

  • CPR Certification

  • Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

  • Ability to build rapport with residents

  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
