Job Title – Site Manager(Office Services)

- This is a hands-on position; candidate will be assisting with hospitality/event setups (food/beverage); coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Secondary responsibilities with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Personnel that have experience in the hospitality industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking.
- No special equipment besides the Ricoh copiers.
- No free parking available at the location and parking is not reimbursed.
- The staff takes the trolley near the office.
Shift timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
