Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residentโ€™s needs.  

What we offer   

  • $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS! (does not include PRN or current employees.)

  • We offer part-time and full-time positions!

  • Compensation: ranges from $22/hour - $24.75/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. ($1.50/hour on weekday evenings, $2.00/hour on weekday nights, $3.00/hour on weekends for all shifts)

How you will make an impact

  • Supporting the residentโ€™s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assisting residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residentsโ€™ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • Administration of medication to residents

What you will need 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
