Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: M-F 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM PST
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity Verification Specialist to support identity verification processes by reviewing, tracking, and documenting verification requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling confidential information, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and escalating unresolved or negative verification results while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Process identity verification requests for individuals
- Follow up on submitted verification requests to ensure timely completion
- Log, track, and document verification results accurately
- Escalate incomplete, delayed, or negative verification results as required
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in administrative support, identity verification, records management, or a similar role is preferred
