Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sourcing to lead and implement sourcing initiatives aligned with the company's global sales strategy. This role will oversee sourcing operations, supplier management, and cross-functional procurement initiatives while driving operational efficiency and long-term supplier partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, supplier negotiations, and project execution in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with global business and sales objectives
  • Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management initiatives
  • Drive cost optimization, quality improvements, and supply continuity across sourcing activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and business stakeholders

Requirements

Education
