Overview
We are seeking a Director, Strategic Client Growth to drive the expansion of enterprise laboratory software solutions across key strategic accounts within the Environmental Testing market.
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role focused on helping customers scale from a single-site deployment to multi-site, enterprise-wide, and potentially global adoption. The ideal candidate will combine deep environmental laboratory expertise with strong stakeholder management, implementation leadership, and account growth experience.
What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic customer engagements within the Environmental Testing market.
  • Drive successful deployment and adoption of enterprise LIMS and laboratory software solutions.
  • Partner with laboratory, operational, and executive stakeholders to align business and technology objectives.
  • Develop scalable deployment strategies across multiple sites and business units.
  • Balance standardization and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand deployments and grow strategic accounts.
  • Manage implementation risks, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer leadership.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree and previous laboratory bench experience.
  • Strong background supporting Environmental Testing laboratories.
  • Experience with environmental workflows including water, wastewater, air, soil, and environmental compliance testing.
