  • Extend existing systems and workflows with AI features.
  • Work with internal teams to understand needs and turn them into usable technical solutions.
  • Build prototypes quickly and improve them into reliable working tools.
  • Connect AI tools with existing platforms, databases, APIs, and internal processes.
  • Write, test, and ship clean, functional code.
  • Document solutions clearly so other team members can understand and use them.
  • Independently research new tools, technologies, and approaches when needed.
Individual
  • Real hands‑on experience building AI‑based projects.
  • A portfolio, demo, GitHub repository, or other proof of work is required for the application.
  • Solid programming skills and the ability to write and ship code.
  • Experience with projects such as AI APIs and automation, backend logic, databases, server‑side applications, internal tools, workflow automation, integrations between different systems, and AI agents, assistants, or custom AI workflows.
