Job Summary

*Incumbent must work a minimum of 3 days each week in either the Omaha, NE or Fargo, ND office.

The AI Product Enablement Manager is responsible for helping product teams expand their approach to problem-solving by incorporating Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies into product strategy and solution design. 

Positioned within the Innovation team, this role serves as a strategic advisor and capability builder, partnering with product leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI-powered solutions can improve operational excellence, customer experiences, accelerate delivery, and create new sources of business value. 

This thought leader advances organizational AI enablement across the Associations, with primary emphasis on equipping product teams to apply AI-enabled approaches, automation, process redesign, and emerging technologies to solve business problems and create measurable value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

AI Product Enablement 

  • Partner with product leaders and teams to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into product strategy, discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and solution design. 
  • Help teams evaluate AI, automation, and traditional software approaches based on business needs. 
  • Introduce frameworks for identifying high-value AI use cases throughout the product lifecycle. 
  • Facilitate ideation and strategy sessions that explore alternatives beyond traditional product development. 

Capability Building 

  • Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and tools that help product teams and business stakeholders incorporate AI-enabled thinking into discovery, decision-making, and solution design. 
  • Deliver workshops, training programs, and innovation sessions across the organization. 
  • Build AI literacy and practical adoption capability across the organization, with primary emphasis on product teams. 

AI Adoption & Portfolio Enablement 

  • Create visibility into AI initiatives, experimentation efforts, and value realization opportunities across the Associations.  
  • Support intake, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of AI opportunities and initiatives.  
  • Help product teams move AI opportunities from concept to experimentation and adoption. 
  • Share emerging AI practices, lessons learned, and successful approaches across product teams to accelerate organizational learning and adoption. 
  • Provide leadership insights that support AI portfolio management, governance, and strategic alignment. 
Travel Time
  • Time required to travel - 10%
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Innovation, Product Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
Years of Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, innovation, organizational transformation, instructional design, technology strategy, or consulting.
