About the Opportunity
Our client is a high-growth fintech organization making a significant investment in Artificial Intelligence across the business. As part of a broader AI transformation initiative, they are building a team focused on redesigning business processes and driving AI adoption across multiple functions. This is an opportunity to join a company where AI is already being deployed in production and play a key role in scaling those capabilities across the organization.
Position Overview
The AI Product Manager will partner closely with the AI Product Director and be responsible for owning execution across individual AI initiatives. This person will work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI-driven solutions, and manage projects from discovery through implementation.
The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of AI technologies and enjoys solving complex business problems in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and solution designs.
  • Partner with technical teams and external vendors to execute AI initiatives.
  • Drive process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering activities.
  • Define success metrics and measure business impact of deployed AI solutions.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies including LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and agentic AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Product Management experience, preferably supporting AI-enabled products.
  • Hands-on exposure to:
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • AI agents
    • Chatbots
    • Workflow automation
    • Agentic AI solutions
  • Strong discovery, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
  • Experience creating product specifications, user requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fintech or financial services industry experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Exposure to vendor or partner management.
  • Background supporting AI transformation or automation initiatives.
