This position reports directly to the VP of Product Innovation and will be responsible for end-to-end management of AI product initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables align with the company's strategic vision and operational excellence.

The AI Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritization of projects and features with a dedicated focus on artificial intelligence technologies. Responsibilities: Lead the identification, definition, and management of AI product requirements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop, maintain, and articulate comprehensive AI product roadmaps that support Customer's strategy and business objectives and ensure that Customer is appropriately implementing the latest developments from the AI community Establish clear prioritization of projects based on business value, market demands, and technical feasibility, utilizing data-driven methodologies. Drive product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-value AI solutions that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends to continuously refine and optimize AI offerings. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across teams, fostering an environment that values creative problem solving and proactive communication. Ensure adherence to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and best practices for responsible AI development and deployment.

Prepare and deliver regular product updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders. Remain informed of emerging AI and machine learning technologies, industry developments, and evolving customer needs to support long-term product innovation. Participate in vendor selection, partnership development, and third-party integrations as required for AI product enhancement.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product lifecycles in a technology-driven environment.

Proficient understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and relevant industry applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Experience working in aviation, telecommunications, or related industries is considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and agile methodologies Track record of successful AI project delivery in a commercial setting.
