About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI/ML initiatives across innovative digital products. In this role, youโ€™ll collaborate with business, data science, and engineering teams to identify AI-driven opportunities, manage product roadmaps, and ensure ethical, high-performing solutions are successfully deployed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and priorities.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify AI/ML use cases that solve real customer problems.

  • Collaborate with data scientists to validate models and guide experimentation.

  • Own the AI product backlog, defining clear user stories and success metrics.

  • Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality datasets for training and testing.

  • Promote responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.

  • Monitor AI solution performance and track business impact post-deployment.

  • Communicate progress, insights, and results effectively across teams.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Data-driven products.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle (model development, validation, deployment).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams โ€” data science, engineering, and business.
