Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered products and experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with AI Research, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders to define product vision, translate AI capabilities into customer value, and deliver innovative Generative AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered applications and services.
  • Partner with AI Research, Engineering, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver innovative AI experiences.
  • Translate customer problems into AI-enabled product features and requirements.
  • Own product backlog, feature prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-release optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and cloud AI services.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics using product analytics and customer insights.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
  • Ensure Responsible AI principles, privacy, security, and compliance are incorporated into product design.
  • Present product strategy and roadmap updates to executive leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products on schedule.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI products.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or similar AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Copilot technologies.
  • Experience with APIs, REST services, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Ability to analyze product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with software engineering and data science teams.
