Overview
We are looking for a Gen AI Creative Specialist to join Publicis Production Spain: a hybrid profile combining visual direction expertise with deep technical knowledge of generative AI, capable of delivering end-to-end production of branded assets, content, and visual experiences using AI-powered tools.
We are seeking someone with a strong and up-to-date aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of visual and technology trends, and the ability to move seamlessly between concept development, previsualization, and final production (both stills and video). This role will also play an active part in defining and optimizing the studio's AI production pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and AI-assisted storyboards.
- Design and execute generative workflows for advertising imagery and video content.
- Implement image-to-image, video-to-video, conditioning techniques (depth maps, normals, masks), and fine-tuned output control.
- Train and utilize LoRAs and custom models to ensure brand, product, and character consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors throughout the creative process, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality final output.
- Define and optimize AI-powered production pipelines within the studio.
- Work closely with AI Image, AI Motion, 3D, and post-production specialists.
- Continuously explore emerging tools, models, and technologies with a strong R&D mindset.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in visual production within agencies, studios, or production companies, with demonstrable experience delivering real-world generative AI projects over the last two years.
- Advanced proficiency in generative AI tools for image and video creation, including Adobe Firefly, Luma, Magnific, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience training LoRAs and custom models to achieve consistency across brands, products, or characters.
- Advanced prompting skills and the ability to translate creative briefs into effective generative production workflows.
- Strong aesthetic judgment, up-to-date knowledge of visual trends, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
- A proactive mindset, capable of identifying technical limitations and turning them into creative opportunities.
- English proficiency at C1 level to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team.
