Seeking an operational AI governance professional<\/b> who owns the day\-to\-day mechanics of AI governance. This role involves maintaining the inventory of AI\/agent solutions, tracking controls and evidence, processing intake, validating data\/identity\/connectors\/privacy requirements, monitoring usage\/cost\/control thresholds, and producing governance reporting.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain an authoritative inventory of AI assets including: \- Owner \- Purpose \- Connectors \- Data sources \- Risk tier \- Review date \- Understand AI governance beyond just GRC\/compliance.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with builders in Copilot\/agentic environments and engage in hands\-on work as necessary.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage governance dashboards\/reporting.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, connectors, and identity\/access controls are implemented.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

Required Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding of AI governance \/ Responsible AI \/ AI controls.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI concepts and workflows.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in AI asset\/inventory management.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to low\-code development.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to understand how agents are built and deployed.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication and fit within culture.<\/span>
