Human Resources (People) Generalist with a relentless focus on customer experience partners closely with functional management on HR related responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, engagement, compensation, and retention activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide HR generalist and organizational support on a variety of People items. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on a full range of HR policies and practices including employee relations, performance management and enablement, training, development, change management, and conflict resolution. Consult with managers and employees to proactively address employee relations items, investigate basic concerns and partner with relevant parties for resolution. Consult with and educate leaders on compensation, performance review processes, new hire onboarding, and conflict resolution. Support Workday transactional items, ensuring employee changes are processed accurately and timely. Partner closely with Center of Excellence (COE) groups to provide full service to client groups. Support engagement activities aligned with corporate values and retention initiatives, driving projects, innovations, and creative problem solving across the organization. Handle special projects or requests as assigned. Travel to branches and corporate locations to meet with leaders and employees as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong employee relations and conflict resolution abilities. Problemโsolving and multitasking skills in a fastโpaced environment while working independently. Good judgment. Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time and work at local branches. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Strong computer skills; experience with Workday and Google Suite is a plus. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity or the capability to rapidly master new AI technologies. WORK ENVIRONMENT Traditional office or hybrid work environment; will visit Sunrun branch locations. SALARY Starting salary: $66,798.09 to $89,064.12 per year (USD).
