Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications Consultant with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic Business Support - Enterprise AI team. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and technology adoption efforts. Familiarity with AI, enterprise communications, and large-scale events is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide AI communications strategies, creating and managing content across multiple channels, driving awareness and adoption of AI initiatives, supporting training programs and events, enabling organizational change through effective communications, tracking engagement metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Enterprise AI, IT, HR, and Communications teams.
Essential Functions:
Enterprise AI Communications Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy supporting AI awareness and
adoption.
• Translate complex AI initiatives into clear, compelling messaging tailored to multiple audiences.
Content Development & Channel Management
• Create and manage content across My Toolbox, Newsletters, Viva Engage, Teams, and digital signage.
• Maintain a content calendar and optimize based on engagement insights.
Enablement, Training & Event Communications
• Lead communications for AI Days of Learning, AI Immersion Week, and SWARM Hackathon.
• Develop pre-, during-, and post-event communication strategies.
Change Management & Adoption Enablement
• Design communications that drive behavior change and technology adoption.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Track engagement metrics and continuously improve communications effectiveness. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Enterprise AI, IT, HR, and Communications stakeholders.
Minimum qualification:
Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in communications, change management, or digital transformation
• Strong execution, organization, and storytelling skills
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI or digital transformation
• Experience supporting enterprise communications and events
