Responsibilities

● Communicate with clients and potential clients

● Follow team systems for lead follow-up and client communication

● Attend team training and onboarding sessions

● Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® value proposition

● Work with buyers and sellers in your local market

● Maintain strong CRM notes and follow-up activity

● Participate in accountability and production conversations

● Educate clients on the team’s unique support structure

● Collaborate with team leadership and support staff

● Represent the team professionally in your market

Qualifications

● Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
